4. Sports Organization Data

SportsPlanr is designed to help sports organizations manage their activities, schedules, teams, and participants. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You have the authority to represent the sports organization for which you are creating or managing data
• You will provide accurate information about your organization, teams, schedules, and participants
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and permissions from participants, parents, or guardians as required by applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) when dealing with minors

5. Participant Safety and Liability

SportsPlanr is a scheduling and management platform. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents that occur during sports activities organized through the Service
• The safety of participants during games, practices, or other events
• The conduct of coaches, officials, or other participants
• Weather-related cancellations or changes to scheduled events

Sports organizations using the Service are solely responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage, safety protocols, and compliance with all applicable regulations governing youth and adult sports activities.

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SportsPlanr and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

Further, SportsPlanr does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
